SINGLE FARM SOURCING
We source from individual Hawaiian farms and import each lot separately — not blended, not consolidated from multiple producers. A roaster who buys from Welo Trading knows exactly which farm the coffee came from. Single-farm lot documentation is available for every shipment.
THE ONLY AMERICAN COFFEE ORIGIN
Hawaii is the sole US state with a commercial coffee industry. Every lot carries HDOA state certification under HAR Chapter 4-143 — an agricultural grading standard with no equivalent in any other coffee-producing country.
EUDR READY BY DEFAULT
The US was classified as a low-risk country under the EU Deforestation Regulation benchmarking system. Every farm we source from operates under legally-recorded US land title, USDA phytosanitary oversight, and HDOA agricultural certification — the plot-level traceability EUDR requires is available for every lot we import.

Request Samples
Tell us which origins and processing methods interest you. We send GrainPro- sealed cupping samples with full lot documentation — SCA score, HDOA grade, varietal, moisture content, harvest date — by DHL Express. Samples arrive in 3–5 days.

Cup and Confirm
Evaluate the coffee on your terms, with your protocol. If a lot works for your menu, we confirm availability, agree on quantity and delivery, and issue a purchase agreement. Trial lots from 23 kg. Full lots from 408 kg.

Receive, Roast, and Serve
We manage the full compliance chain — HDOA certification, phytosanitary documentation, Swiss customs clearance, and delivery to your address. Air freight in under a week. Ocean freight LCL for larger volumes. Full documentation included.
